PROJECT COORDINATOR AT LELY

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Coordinator, you will have overall responsibility for leading and delivering installation projects to our customers, from sales to completed facility, on time and within budget. You will be a central link between customers, suppliers, installers, and colleagues, ensuring that the project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Your role includes developing and coordinating drawings, capacity calculations, and project layouts in dialogue with the customer, while ensuring that both the timeline and budget are adhered to. You will be responsible for orders from Lely and external suppliers, organizing transport and storage, and following up on project costs after completion. You will also conduct final inspections, ensure that necessary documentation is in place, and hand over the project to the service team.

To succeed, you will lead a team of installation technicians and coordinate contractors and other partners. You will drive the work forward, keep everyone informed, and always work according to Lely's high standards for quality, safety, and working environment. Examples of tasks include:

• Plan and follow up on projects from start to finished installation

• Coordinate installation teams, customers, and contractors

• Provide technical advice and cost estimates in the bidding process

• Be responsible for CE documentation and final inspections

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with experience in project management who thrives in a role with many contact points. You are used to taking responsibility, making decisions, and leading others, and you ensure to create structure even in complex projects.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Experience in project management, preferably in construction, installation, or agriculture

• Knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD)

• Basic financial understanding of budgeting and cost tracking

• Good communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships

It is advantageous if you have construction technical knowledge, experience from agricultural environments, or training in Lely's own programs for milking, cooling, and feeding systems.
